Here is a quickie. Chop up cauliflower in a cast iron skillet. Sprinkle your favorite curry powder (I used #simpletruthorganic), some salt and pepper, drizzle some vegetable oil, add some kale , sauté for 5 min and it is done!

This is another one of my favorites. Got to start feeding the little ones right when they are young. Calvin just finished drinking a kale smoothie.

Balsamic Glazed pan seared cabbage steak

#chopt copycat salad with a few extra ingredients, just need to throw into chopped kale

1 Cup of Kale
½ Cup Apple Organic Apple Cider
½ Cup Water
1 Cup of Fresh or Frozen Mixed Berries (in the sample above I used fresh berries)
1 Banana
1 Tbs Ground Flaxseed
1 Tbs Beet Powder

5 min vegan meal

1 #wendys baked potato
3 tablespoons corn salsa
1 seared vegan sausage by #fieldroast smoked apple sausage from #wholefoods
