Ingredients
- 1 whole Ripe Papaya Fresh or Frozen
- 1/2 cup Milk Dairy or Nut Milk
- 2 tbs Lime Juice
- 1/2 tsp Lime Rind freshly grated
- 1/4 cup Sugar or 3 to 5 dates and a fig
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup Ice
- 1 slice Lime Wedge Garnish

Instructions
- Take a ripe papaya, peel it, cut lengthwise to remove seeds thoroughly
- Chop the papaya coarsely, or into 1 inch chunks
- Take a food processor or electric blender, add papaya chunks, milk, lime juice, lime rind, sugar, vanilla extract, and ice cubes
- Blend the ingredients on high speed until thick and smooth
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and garnish with lime wedges
- Serve instantly
